Like any Hollywood DVD release, we are treated to a look at the scenes that the director chose to omit from the final film. Sometimes these scenes offer further insight, sometimes they were just not good enough, but for some reason we seem to have access to them.

austrALIENation is no different...

NB. The Space Ships seen are not UFO's in the Hollywood sense.

Hollywood has always tried to show the appearance of UFOs as being bad, but we can see here that they are merely a form of transport that the people had BEFORE the invasion.
